If you were a guest, then at. If you were the bride or groom, neither. Then you would say "I got married last month." On is never correct.

Dec 2, 2013 · Usually it's "I wish you many [x] happy returns of the day." I suppose you could add 'more' at the 'x' position, but I'm not sure why one would want to.
