  1. I too am having the same issue, Netflix has been working fine, today, all I had was the red spinning circle! I switched everything off, disconnected everything, for a while, sky would not recognise my router but fine now. Still have the red spinning circle, I tried the settings, 0,0,1, but nothing came up, no secret menu!

I cured it today , not sure which bit actually worked , but I did the following ... signed out of Netflix and back in , deleted all the saved recordings in my Skybox then refreshed all my Apps via the ' secret page ' in the Sky menu ( Google it , it's easy to find ) .

  5. Mar 14, 2021 · I rented the movie the secret garden last night. When I went to play I just had a blue screen. I thought it may not have fully downloaded so I tried it again this evening but to no avail, the same issue. I bought the movie from the Sky Store using my Sky HD+ Box. I downloaded the whole movie on the Sky Box.

  6. May 22, 2023 · Only on the main box I can select the Netfix app, it seems to try to start the app, the Netfix logo appears as normal but it sits there with a circle rotating underneath it. Other apps work fine including Amazon, BBC, ITVX etc. the settings section on the main box show all is fine; network etc.

  9. 4 days ago · Following advice I have uninstalled the app, reset the hub and reinstalled the app but it is still stuck with a whirring orange circle on the app stuck with the message "we're setting up your hub” and I am not able to access any of the features. The broadband is fine next to the router but not in the rest of the house

  10. Sep 20, 2024 · Hi . Thanks for sharing. I did this when I spoke to a sky advisor and it still wouldnt work. She said it was an outage of some sorts and did mention that what you have suggested has worked for some customers.
