Born in the Bronx, Shannon Prynoski, Titmouse co-founder and vice president, grew up unsupervised as the daughter of a sculptor and an English teacher on the streets of NYC. Her arts and animation career began at the School of Visual Arts in NYC, where she studied film and met Chris Prynoski.
In the early 2000s, Prynoski opened a small T-shirt company with his wife, Shannon Prynoski. However, upon getting more requests for cartoons than for T-shirts, they decided to abandon screen-printing in favor of animation.
