Carlos Moreno (born April 16, 1959) is a Franco-Colombian researcher, scientist, and professor at IAE - Paris1 Sorbonne University. [ 1 ][ 2 ][ 3 ] He co-founded the ETI Chair "Entrepreneurship - Territory – Innovation." and has conducted research on smart and sustainable cities. [ 4 ] .
Carlos Moreno wants to change that. He makes the case for the "15-minute city," where inhabitants have access to all the services they need to live, learn and thrive within their immediate vicinity -- and shares ideas for making urban areas adapt to humans, not the other way around.
