Hello, I have a customer who is starting to implement and roll out Teams. Early on in their testing they found out that they were surpassing their monthly allotment of 'dial-out' minutes and traced it to individuals choosing the 'call me' option so they could use their Phone/Voice for the meeting versus the App and the PCs audio controls.

Mar 8, 2024 · I had the same issue and I found the solution. See the image attached. Step 1: In teams, click the "Calls" tab in the left hand ribbon. Step 2: There is a picture of a phone in the bottom left corner that either says "Forward to voicemail" or "Don't forward." Make sure you click "Dont forward".

Dec 11, 2023 · First off, Check your firewall and antivirus settings. In my experience, they can be set to block Teams from making or receiving calls. You can try to temporarily disable them or add Teams as an exception. You should also check your permissions and make sure you have allowed Teams to access your microphone and camera.
