She would do a fair amount of cosmetic damage and eventually leviathan would pretend to be hurt enough to be driven off - but really it would be because Taylor did it's job for it and destroyed most of the city. She should be able to kill mannequin and shatterbird fairly easily.

I remmember it being planned before somewhat, it would certainly be interesting against Gardenia, among others. Going with Blam because it references a singular big hit, like Burn Up. Another option would be whoosh, since it references mobility or speed.
