Atomic Samurai has the reaction to chop FF down, just because one did better than the other against Garou doesn't compensate for FF's weakness, FF isn't tanky, and Atomic Samurai isn't slow, it's a close one but if Atomic Samurai lands no more than a single slash, it's over.

Feats for Sun Blade Atomic Samurai: -Haragiri (a former member of the Counsil of Swordmasters) which, given what we've seen the other members do before getting melted, makes him at least a Demon as a human and based on previous examples->Monster Cells have proven to boost the person who consumes it by a Whole Disaster Level which would make Monsterized Haragiri a Dragon Level Threat.

I believe Atomic Samurai's slashing speed is far above any speed Flashy Flash can achieve, but FF won't attack him head on. It's also unfortunate that Atomic Samurai, like his disciple, is quite stubborn and slightly less tactical than FF, who in a fight is much more calculating. Atomic Samurai getting disrespected by cadres including a good amount of this community is insane, you have to understand that lose doesnt mean weak. He still managed to help out the s class by bisecting Orochi jet with his new technique. Who knows how powerful would he get in the future after his encounter with the strongest man in the world.
