Umar Akmal (Urdu, Punjabi: عمر اکمل; born 26 May 1990) is a Pakistani cricketer who played for Pakistan national cricket team between 2009 and 2019. He was banned by the Pakistan Cricket Board for eighteen months for not disclosing offers related to spot fixing until August 2021.
Umar Akmal is a middle order batter who made his international debut in 2009 and played for Pakistan in all formats. He scored a century in his third ODI and a Test hundred in his first Test, but his form and discipline declined after 2010.
