Sucheta Kripalani (née Majumdar; 25 June 1908 – 1 December 1974) was an Indian freedom fighter and politician. She was India's first female Chief Minister , serving as the head of the Uttar Pradesh government from 1963 to 1967.

Having joined the Indian National Congress, Sucheta Kriplani came to the forefront during the Quit India Movement of 1942 along with Aruna Asaf Ali and other women leaders. She gets the credit for being the first head of the Women’s department of the Congress party as well.
