Boarding pass can be retrieved by visiting the Check-in tab on our website https://www.spicejet.com/ or the Mobile App. Fill in your PNR and last name/email address to proceed. If you are already checked-in, the system would identify and provide you with an option to retrieve your boarding pass.
For domestic sectors, boarding gates close 20 minutes before flight departure time. Only 1 check-in bag of up to 20 kg and 1 hand bag of up to 7 kg are permitted. Excess baggage over 20 kg can be added through the web check-in process.
For assistance with check-in or reissuance of boarding pass at the airport or SpiceJet Reservations, a facilitation fee of INR 200 per passenger will be charged.
