NDML Client Initiated KYC Web allows you to update your KYC details online with ease and convenience. You can also check your KYC status and download your KYC form.
The Intermediary shall perform the initial KYC and upload the details on the system of the KYC Registration Agency (KRA). This KYC information can be accessed by all the SEBI Registered Intermediaries while dealing with the same client.
NSDL Database Management Limited (NDML) which is a wholly owned subsidiary of National Securities Depository Ltd (NSDL ), has been granted In-principle approval by SEBI to function as a KRA. KRA provides for centralization of the KYC records in the securities market.
KRA has accepted KYC record of Existing Client for processing in accordance with SEBI Circular MIRSD/Cir-5/2012 dated April 13 (Uploading KYC details of existing customers). The verification of KYC is under process at KRA.
Intermediary user can access the KRA site using internet at https://kra.ndml.in/ For the purpose of Login, Intermediary user should select ‘ MI login ’ from the home page.
