If you have already registered (have an account) on the Provider Payments Portal, enter your username and password and click the “Log In” button. The “Inquiry” page (Figure 6) will open.
New to the Provider Portal: 1. Enter your e-mail address. 2. Click "First Time Login". 3. An email will be sent to you with instructions on setting your password. Can't remember your password: Click "Forgot Password?", and a link will be sent to you via e-mail to reset your password.
Login Instructions. To login: Enter the your email address as listed on the Welcome letter you received and select 'First Time Login'. You will be prompted to create a password. Your password should be at least 8 digits, alphanumeric and contain NO special characters.
If you do not have an ECHO Draft Number, you may register using a patient account number (Patient Account No) corresponding with a payor check number (Payor Check No).
