May 18, 2018 · Deadpool 2 is a solid sequel, though it largely follows the same motions as its predecessor. It is very much more of what you liked about the first one. For something that felt as bold and daring within the restraints of studio movies as the first Deadpool, this causes Deadpool 2 to feel more like the cold, calculated corporate machine it's satirizing. Though, getting to see Colossus take on the Juggernaut in an all-out CGI slug fest is admittedly pretty cool.

Deadpool is a hard film too make, the forced jokes sometimes go right over 75% of the core audience who watch this movie. My rating is an 4 out of 5 myself seeing as I understand the jokes. But I give it a 2.5 out of 5 for people who do not follow every other super hero movie like Batman or Thor for the random jokes.
May 10, 2018 · Really I felt the jokes landed a heck of a lot more in this one than they did in Deadpool, and for a movie like this it counts for a lot. It seemed to hit all ends of the political spectrum in the humor, and that too worked, especially as the character is satirical and prone to break the 4th wall...which also applies to our society as a whole.
