Career Point University (CPU), Rajasthan was established in 2012. The 50 Acre campus was established by Rajasthan State Legislature Council under ‘Career Point University Act’. The University offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Diploma programs approved by AICTE in streams like Management, Law, Technology, Computer, Science, and Social work.
The campus is spread over 30 acres, surrounded with lower Himalayas at Hamirpur district in the state of Himachal Pradesh, India. It was established in 2012 by the Himachal Pradesh State Legislature under "Career Point University Act".

Established by the Government of Himachal Pradesh in 2012, the Career Point University, Hamirpur provides courses in the field of Engineering and technology, Computer Application and IT, Basic and Applied Sciences, Business & Managements, Vocational and Legal Studies. CPU is UGC approved and has 16 departments and 10 research areas.
