The Archbishop of Changanacherry is the patron of the college. The Vicar General of the Archdiocese of Changanacherry is the Chairman of the Governing Council and the Principal of the college acts as the Secretary.
S B College won the first “R Sankar Award” for the Best Special Grade Private College in the State. Rev Dr George Madathiparampil, Principal, retired. Rev Dr Joseph Vattakalam became the Principal.
