Food Safety Compliance System (FoSCoS) is an enhanced version of Food Licensing and Registration System (FLRS) which was launched in 2012 for issuance of pan-India FSSAI Licenses and Registration.
This system replaces the existing online Food Licensing and Registration System (FLRS: https://foodlicensing.fssai.gov.in ). Users of these States/UTs are now required to visit https://foscos.fssai.gov.in and login through same user IDs and passwords.

Login Methodology has been changed for Existing Users of FoSCoS. Existing users can now login on the basis of 14-digits license/registration number or 17-digits application reference number. Password is same as earlier.
FoSCoS URL: https://foscos.fssai.gov.in/ FBO can either create sign-up using unique mobile ID and email ID or use same login credentials as used for FLRS application for login.
FSM who have not applied even 50 applications of Licenses/Registrations through FoSCoS. will be required to reappear for the FSM test on the deposition of exam registration fee of Rs.500/- [as per existing fee].
