Ragnhild Helene Hennum (born 11 June 1967) is a Norwegian jurist, academic administrator and women's rights leader. She is Professor of Public Law at the University of Oslo Faculty of Law and Director of the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights.

Hennum var viserektor ved Universitetet i Oslo i perioden 2009–2014 og konstituert prorektor i perioden 2014–2017, og direktør for Norsk senter for menneskerettigheter i 2018.

Ragnhild Hennum is Professor of Public Law and the Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo, a former Pro-Rector (Vice President) of the university and a former Director of the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights. She was President of the Norwegian Women’s Lobby from 2017 to 2019.
Ragnhild Hennum er født i 1967. Hun ble cand. jur i 1991 ved Universitetet i Oslo, og tok graden dr. philos samme sted i 1999. Hun var i perioden 1992-2003 tilknyttet Institutt for kriminologi og rettssosiologi i ulike typer stillinger: Forsker, doktorgradsstipendiat, post.doc. stipendiat og universitetslektor.
