Jan 4, 2021 · Search for "CTE" and install drivers for a similar device to see if it works. Some people on the internet managed to get their device to work that way, even with the manufacturer having ended its support. That was the first place I checked before writing my question here.
Aug 11, 2021 · Wacom even replaced the 2018 Cintiq pro 24 with a refurbed 2020 model, still wont connect. The original device connected fine for over 2 years to the same laptop until Feb 2021. Then one day for no apparent reason, no device connected. I tried it on a different laptop also Win 10. no device connected. A Wacom Intuos connects fine
Sep 22, 2022 · Problem is, the tablet and stylus are detectable on Win 11 by default/USB plug-in. However, when the driver is installed, the stylus becomes undetectable, although Wacom tablet properties is accessible. (This is where we personalize the settings) Updating the driver via Device manager also won't work.
Aug 31, 2020 · Go to device manager, right click wacom. Update driver, browse from list, and instead choose I2C HID device. It might work rgiht there. If it does not, do the same process but this time wacom and keep switching back and forward. Then restart the laptop. Your touchscreen initially before logging in might be working now.
Aug 8, 2015 · Go to settings>devices>device manager(the bottom choice)>(expand human interface devices),Click on Wacom device, driver tab, roll back driver) it will work for now but windows 10 will automatically install it again. So fix it over and over again until Wacom does a windows 10 driver update on their web site. reboot too.

Click on Start - and type "control panel" and click on it. Once open, search "recovery" and hit enter. When it comes up, click on recovery. On the next page, open "open system restore". They'll be a box that says "click for more restore points" that I would click. Choose a restore point, and follow the prompts.
Dec 5, 2015 · I have Wacom software version 7.0.2-24 (ISD Tablet is the program and Wacom is the publisher). I saw some tutorials online on how to make a Backup of the wacom settings so that when it is reinstalled than it can be used easily, but I don't see why it needs to be uninstalled in the first place.
