Max flies can melt the next boss and isn't too expensive, especially if you have a bad tear rate and high dmg. Charge bigger at the right time can cause a serious boost.

Killing normal beggars increases devil room chance, but the chance to spawn an angel room is devil room chance * angel chance, which is why the chance to get an angel room is also increased.
