The ICPAC is managed by VFS Global Spain SL who is not involved in the process of assessment of visa applications. The assessment of visa applications is carried out by the Embassy of India, Madrid and the decision to grant or refuse a visa to India is at their sole discretion.
Those visiting India and wishing to go to Spain from India - even on their way back to their country of residence - need to apply for their Schengen visa before departing from the relevant Consulate of their country of residence.
VFS Global (Madrid-Spain) has been authorized to accept applications for all categories of visas and collect fees/service charges. They also offer an optional service to return passports to applicants by courier.
