Find out more. @Joshua9219 Try adjusting the sound output on the stream puck by accessing the setting menu - Picture and sound - then select the sound output on hdmi, there are a number of options but try aither pass through, if that doesn't work try pcm stereo.

When the blank screen loads up try putting your cursor on one of the corners of it and then try dragging it to make it bigger to see if that then loads up Sky Go. My SkyQ mini box is displaying white on blue. The "High contrast" setting in "Accessibility" is set to "off". I've attached images to demonstrate.
