Nov 27, 2023 · When I say dead, I mean dead to me basically because I'm not buying it again. Here's the situation with me and rockstar: I purchased GTA V from Steam in late 2019 and I've always been using the steam launcher to open GTA. It's been flawless with running it via the steam launcher, until.... Steam now wants to open the rockstar launcher whenever I try to play GTA. Not only that, but the rockstar launcher is asking me for a rockstar social club login that I don't even know what it is.
Sep 16, 2023 · Many reasons to have -other- login issues- possible workaround/fixes being vpn, other internet access, dns/isp/connectivity errors, browser problems, av/sec interference, server issues, cycling modem/router, renaming my docs / rockstar games to -old to test, uninstalling/cleaning both r* launcher/social club etc.. (so much more etc).
Sep 5, 2023 · First time loading up FiveM....I've heard you don't need to sign in to social club when loading up FiveM but when i click it it says "A rockstar games social club account owning Grand Theft Auto V is required to play FiveM. I bought GTA through steam and I've been told it should automatically load up without logging in, i'm just a bit hesitant to give my details. Anyone else had this issue?
Jul 10, 2023 · I have contacted Rockstar support and waiting for them to verify my e mail. They replied very fast. Here is what they wrote back to me: "Hello, Thank you for contacting Rockstar Support. We can help with this, but just need to verify that you are the owner of the email address you are using to submit this request.
Jul 9, 2018 · Basically, you don't remember the username or the email. • Go to Documents/Rockstar Games/Social Club/socialclub.txt • Your user name should be listed somewhere in it.

Jun 26, 2015 · I have a big problem with my Social Club account, where I can't log in to play because I don't know what account my steam is linked to! I aparently have an account which isn't linked to steam and I have no idea if I can do anything with that? PLEASE HELP!
Feb 11, 2024 · Your steam account is already linked to a social club account. The gta5 cd key on steam is a single use, non-transferable cd key. You need R* to help you recover your account -if- you do not have the recovery email from them (and it actually works). There is no other way unless you buy the game again.

(quite a few in the last month that had one/some disabled) Originally posted by IKILLPAIN: I know of this fix: Windows Firewall > Advanced Settings > Outbound Rules > Disable the GTA V.exe but I don't have GTA V.exe only GTAVLauncher.exe.
Jul 1, 2023 · I bought this game on Steam, and I didn't notice, Steam created an email account to log into Rockstar Games Laucher. Now I want to run the game but am prevented like "we couldnt sign you in automatically, please login manually using p*****d@m*****s.xyz". I don't have a self-made Steam email, how can I get confirmation. Same Issue.
