The agent told me to log out of Revolut and clear the cache and data from the app, check for updates, and restart my phone and log in again.
Feb 8, 2024 · My partner and I received the same "Confirm Login" email for a Revolut Business account at exactly the same time on Wed night, despite neither of us ever having held either a personal or business account with Revolut. The email passed both DKIM, DMARC and SPF. Spoke to Revolut Support and got told there's nothing to worry about. Very concerning.
Apr 30, 2021 · Hello, so i tried to login today to Revolut and it said wrong passcode or phone number. I said okay i wil ltry to reset it and thats what i did. I changed it 3 times, I tried to login again but it didnt work. I tried to login via My ipad or another phone and again it didnt work.

Apr 13, 2024 · I am no longer able to login into the Revolut Business app on my mobile phone. When I get to the Passcode screen it simply does not work and errors out with "Something went wrong. Try again later." I tried resetting my passcode and it does nothing, after I click on the button from the email it remains stuck on the same screen.
Oct 14, 2023 · Hi, i have an issue while i try login. I put all my informations, received the six digit vérifications and then black screen. I already try reinstall, clear cache and use another device, nothing working. Im on android OS
Dec 1, 2019 · And it's unacceptable that the app has issues even with the login process. On my side I am done with Revolut, already moved to Monese, slightly different features and services, but way more serious. And it's a real bank, so in case of bankrupt, it's covered by a safety fund and you get refunded of every penny in your account.
