Oct 27, 2023 · i downloaded the m601 red dragon mouse software from the red dragon website, everytime i open the application it shows 'device is disconnected' meanwhile it is, ive tried different ports, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software. Ive seen other people complain about the same issues, anyone know how i can make it work?

If the red dragon keyboards need drivers or software to be installed, you will need to uninstall them for the Diti Keyboard, restart your PC, then download and install the correct drivers and software for the Kumara from the support page below.

OR. contact the manufacturer directly asking for there support. Personally I'd return it and go for a better quality mouse that has good reviews. #4.

Right click the driver installation file and select Properties then tap or click the Compatibility tab. Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box.
