Feb 27, 2023 · After I went back home I gave a 1 star rating on the Rapido app and wrote a detailed explanation of all the things that had happened in the customer feedback section. Immediately I received a phone call from one of their customer service center employees saying that the issue has been resolved and they will look into this matter further.
