Aug 1, 2019 · Having used Qobuz and Tidal for several years (4 and 2 years respectively), I can say that classical music is almost absent from Tidal, whereas Qobuz can really offer a wealth of versions from all major publishers, so exploring a composer or an opus in Qobuz is a real treat for the music lover, student, or musician.
Jan 27, 2022 · Visit site. Oct 3, 2022. #14. To re-iterate what others have said - try changing the DNS on your router to one of the big players (such as Google 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4) rather then use the default DNS provided by your ISP - this solved my Node 2/Qobuz buffering issue.

Apr 17, 2024 · Visit site. Apr 17, 2024. #1. If I'm using the Qobuz App on a PC, it shows the individual Chromecast devices but it doesn't show any Chromecast soeakergroups I've created. I tried it on my Mini iPad as well and initially it was the same but after a while it did show the groups, they also show up in Tidal and Amazon Music so it is specific to Qobuz.
Dec 28, 2020 · Qobuz - Their golden standard is brilliant CD Quality and LOTS of HiRes music with very good support of Wasapi in Exclusive mode. So DAC is changing its sample rate every time song needs it. I have an impression that Qobuz sounds the best and most premium of all. Their customer support is also brilliant. Spotify - laughable )
Dec 28, 2020 · There are plenty of “boxes” out there that will do the job you want for a reasonable price - try out a Yamaha WXAD-10, for example - it will cope with Qobuz, Tidal, Spotify and Upnp from a server (eg a NAS). Finally, don’t ignore your LAN - Wi-Fi speed and strength really matters but wired is always best.
Sep 30, 2020 · Sep 30, 2020. #1. I'm having issues when streaming Qobuz Hi-Res audio on my MacBook Pro (MacOS 10.14.6, Qobuz app 5.4.4-b017). When I'm streaming 24bit up to 96khz albums the music stops playing and starts to buffering in the first ten minutes of play. (For example, on Lianne La Havas's latest release I can't get beyond 3m27 into the second track.)
May 13, 2020 · After trialling Tidal, Qobuz, Amazon and Deezer I’ve signed up with Qobuz for a year. On my equipment (my components cost £100s rather than £1000s) they all sounded better than my Apple Music benchmark but the high res of Qobuz on my Mac with Meridian DAC and B&W headphones is the best sound quality I’ve ever heard and their HR catalogue is huge.
