What you want is a highly qualified attorney in your area who can review this matter and determine what can be done.
Aug 21, 2009 · Pro bono is Latin, meaning "for good." Since lawyers have nothing to sell but their time and experience, most can't afford to give much of it away. Those who do provide some pro bono service usually do it through organized programs, not to random people who just call on the phone.

It's not confidential, it can be brought into court, and the last thing you want is for the employer to find out what you and your attorney have been discussing.
Jul 25, 2014 · Pro Bono criminal defense attorneys are called public defenders. I know of no one willing to work for free. Are you a pro bono employee? I wish him the best and he is lucky to have you trying. The time you are spending on his behalf is pro bono. Increase his chances by hiring an attorney. Good luck.
