Apr 17, 2020 · Here are the steps that I have taken from your fix suggestions. 1/ My PowerPoint version is 1908 (build 11929.20708 Click to run). Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus. 2/ Only the one specific presentation has the issue. The older presentations opens fine as does a new presentation. 3/ Same as above for online.

However, as a method, you may try to create a custom theme based on theme in design ideas. After that you can simply apply your custom theme to the entire PowerPoint presentation. For your information: Create your own theme in PowerPoint.

Setting video to play "Automatically" in the ribbon sets the videos to play "After previous" by default ( ie one after the other.) Click on "Open" and then select "Browse" to locate the PowerPoint file on your computer. 4. If you cannot find the file on your computer, you can try downloading it from Outlook and saving it to your computer before opening it in the app.

Nov 10, 2023 · Unblock the file: Right-click on the file and select Properties. In the Properties window, select the General tab and click on the Unblock button. Then click OK and try opening the file again. Add the file location to the trusted locations list: Open PowerPoint and click on File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Trusted Locations.
Please use the Run box (press win + R) to open the PowerPoint application in Safe Mode. Check whether you could open PowerPoint. PowerPoint: Type powerpnt /safe, and click OK. 2. Please set Windows into Clean Boot, disable the startup items, then try to open PowerPoint again, check whether the issue is caused by the startup items.
