Sep 1, 2019 · For Windows users, open the Postman installation folder, in my case it is: C: -> users -> [username] -> AppData -> Roaming -> Postman. Then pick up the latest json backup file. It will be named backup.json. Now you can import this file on Postman. And you are good to go.

Oct 18, 2017 · Click on the small down arrow besides the "Send" button, this will show the "Send and Download" button. Click on it and postman will ask you where to save the response, when the request is done. There is a "Download" button in the response section of the window.

Feb 4, 2022 · If you import this edited file in Postman where original collection already exists, Postman will ask you if you want to replace it or create a copy. If you want to avoid this, you may consider changing "_postman_id" and "name" under "info". If original collection will not exist while importing edited collection, then this change is not needed.

Because documentation will most likely be regularly updated with examples, new endpoints, and other elements anything downloaded will quickly be out of date.
