Aug 26, 2021 · It's a bit tricky to find, but you have to search for the Database 11g (11.2.0.4) and when you "check out" you have to choose which software you want to download, just uncheck Database and Clusterware, choose the platform and download your full client
Jun 2, 2014 · win64_11gR2_database_2of2.zip. Extract both of these .zip files to the same folder using the "extract all" Windows Explorer right-click menu pick. It will ask you if you want to merge the files. Respond with yes. The installation comes with its own version of Java which apparently has bugs in it.

I didn't want to cause problems on that installation so my idea was to add only the essential to allow ODBC 32 bit Oracle driver to be available in the system.
