Abandonware Games like this are best used as follows. Download to a USB Drive. Do not run anything. EVER. Run a virus scanner on the USB drive. Find an old PC or laptop that is retired with nothing on it but the OS, with no network card, not connected to the internet, etc. Use this PC ONLY for games and suspect software.

But if you mean, is there likely malware. Then no, you are safe. MS Edge is blocking downloads from that site. Apparently Chrome does too.
