An early scene in the movie involves two people having an affair, with a lot of flirting. While spider-bots are going through apartments looking for the main character, they go into a room and find a couple having sex, with some thrusting movements.
In Minority Report, we see the effects of predicting the future to the point of crimes are prevented by arresting murderers before they kill. If that does not appear logical, there is a quick little scene early in the movie that addresses those concerns, and on the surface makes sense.
Stuntman drops off a ladder, does an air to air hookup with a stunt man in a backpack and misses hitting the ground. The two stuntmen then go through an air ventilation tube and crash through an apartment complex, breaking through ceilings, floors and windows.
