Jul 30, 2021 · Memories of Murder is incredible. It was my favorite Bong Joon-ho film (and my favorite South Korean film) before I saw Parasite, which hit me the same way as it did for you. If you love Parasite, you'll also love Memories of Murder. 10.

Apr 9, 2020 · Among my most anticipated watches was Bong Joon-Ho's Memories of Murder. I have not seen it on any of the main streaming platforms (Hulu, Netflix, Prime Video) so I'm wondering if anyone knows who's streaming it or if I would just need to buy a physical copy. Any help is greatly appreciated as I'm dying to see this film.
Apr 10, 2022 · The police sergeant drunkenly vomiting into a drink bucket at the karaoke bar, the disastrous press event, the opening scene with the farmer running over the evidence and the police sliding down the embankment. It's not stylish, it's not cool, it's human. Clumsy, dumb, misguided, scared, haunted humans.
Not Korean, but The Zodiac feels like an American Memories of Murder in a lot of way. True Fiction. Moss. Small Pond. Seven Years of Night. Hey this is not a korean movie, but but it's literally like the memories of murder, it's awesome it's beautiful like memories of murder even bong joon ho himself recommended it!
Memories of Murder is getting a 4K release with English subs. Announcement. Feb 26, 2024 · Memories of Murder 4K has arrived! I’ll probably have more to say after I watch tonight but super psyched for this one. Beautiful textured outer hardbox, heavy duty thick booklet, steelbook. Limited edition but still seems to be in stock. Mine came today too.
After seeing Parasite, I really want to watch this, but the only dvd I found is a 90$ dvd on Amazon, and it isn’t available on any streaming or rental service. There is an upload of it on YouTube as a last resort, but I’d like to support the creators, so does anyone know a way I can do that?
Sep 2, 2021 · The Memories of Murder intro scene with the little boy making faces and imitating the detective, the totally botched crime scene. It’s almost handled like a silent movie or slapstick but it doesn’t detract from the grisly context. Dreary atmosphere and cloudy background was so real. Great comparizon with Zodiac.
