Mar 26, 2020 · 2020-04-20 03:06 PM. normally you have the ip adresses either in that mails. from here of ther are 2 options. option 1: contact spotify and they will ban those accounts and ip adresses from youre account. option 2: go to the cops. Then give the cops theire ip adresses and they will charge the ones who logged in. Reply.
Mar 13, 2015 · Same problem for me too! I can login to the spotify website with my account, but I can't login to the app on my smart phone, tablet, or the app on my computer. On each device it says "Unable to Login. Either the username or password is incorrect". However, I use the same username and password at spotify.com and it lets me in every time.

Aug 11, 2020 · This stepped worked for me, try logging in with your EMAIL and not your username to login on Spotify. Where it says Login, put your email in and password. And see if that works. If that doesn't work I suggest you try a different browser or using incongnito mode. Also, try using a different device. Hope this helps.
