What is JOSH? • As jain online we always try to provide students with required support that will help in their learning journey. • To enable students to get the required support and help in a timely manner, and all in one platform. • Jain Online Support and Help (JOSH) is a step towards achieving wholesome support.
The online sessions will be recorded and available on the LMS. Will a learner need additional reference material? No, but both SLM and the Teaching-Learning and Evaluation Plan (TLEP) will indicate open-source material for further reading.
How to Login? • Click on the login button in the right most corner of the JOSH homepage. • Enter the credentials like registered email-id and click on GET OTP. • Enter the OTP received in your mail and click on verify. • Once the OTP is verified it redirects you to the student home page.

The live sessions will be delivered online on Saturday and Sunday. The sessions will be scheduled between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm (IST), a maximum of 6 hours per day. The schedule for a week will be intimated via email.
How to go LMS Login page? • Click on the New requests and from the list you get select the LMS Login Query. • After selecting it, raise a request or write a query on any issues faced in LMS Login in the given message box.
This is an Online Learning mode Program. In an Online mode there are regular live online sessions on weekends, online proctored exams, learner engagement activities and support, and no jurisdiction restriction.
How to Raise tickets? • Click on the student Name and Select the My Requests. • Students will be redirected to the Learner Dashboard. • Select the New Requests and select the respective issue to be raised and submit.
The LMS will provide the learner with access to study material, recordings of live sessions, pre-recorded videos, discussion and chat facility to interact with the faculty and clear doubts. The LMS will also contain information about class schedule, course information and other announcements.
