6) Drive modes actually makes a difference w.r.t throttle response, power delivery and steering feedback. 7) Fantastic sync between the engine and the DCT gearbox. It is butter smooth, seamlessly working it's way through the gears and the addition of paddles is a cherry on top.
A better figure would be a combination of both uphill and downhill. Typically i have seen the car return 10-11 on such stretches. Which is quite decent in my view. You are right, this is a biased mileage number where engine was used for braking only during the downhill and it was on manual mode on either 1st or 2nd gear.
