Dec 6, 2022 · Since I set up the PC whenever I'm on the desktop, windows and all windows applications tend to lag / stutter / work slow. When try to open up the windows menu (Windows Key), the Windows explorer or applications like "settings" the pc takes a few seconds to open it, then the application stutters or is very laggy.

Jan 12, 2023 · You can even add this shortcut in that path C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs, so you will find the application in the applications list found in the Start menu / All applications, and will be able to pin it in the Start page.
