If your machine doesn't have adjustments, just dilute your concentrated softener with water before adding it. If you want to be truly money saving, set it on low dose and then only increase it if you find your clothes aren't clean / fresh after washing.

Apr 26, 2019 · After 4 years they are within their rights to ask you to provide a report stating that the glass fault is down to an inherent manufacturing fault of the washing machine. if the report does show this, then they can replace it, repair your washing machine, OR offer you a refund which can take into account your 4 years use.

In conclusion: your washing machine is not likely to suffer adverse shocks on its way to Oz. Unless it is dropped from height, the worst that you are likely to suffer is a bust spring or shock absorber, and these are probably easier to get hold of than those transit bolts!
