All the items I brought in the FIFA mobile was gone and I didn't get any of the items in the FC mobile . Please help me to get it back
I've been playing FIFA Mobile for over 1.5 years, and until that day, I had reached a high level with an overall team rating of around 130. However, since the update, I can't find my team in the new app, even though I tried linking it to the same Facebook userID.
@Xslayder1034 . Did you recently reinstall the game or play it on another device? If it's locked you might be playing under a different Apple/Google account with your same Facebook account logged in (You can only have one Facebook account linked) or you set your FIFA Mobile account underage.

Yeah my phone isn’t on silent and the sound is on. When I checked Preferences and went to audio I saw that the ‘Menu Music’ toggle is blacked out, yet the other two options are still on (Yet I still can’t hear anything) I’ve tried reinstalling the app, clearing data, clearing cache and restarting my device yet nothing seems to work.

i dont think its a way to unlink your facebook account unless you delete the facebook app or log out, but if your fifa is crashing when linked to a facebook account change your profile picture on facebook and it will start workiing again.
ich kann hier deine Verärgerung nachvollziehen, aber in FIFA Mobile wird nach jeder Saison der Spielstand zurückgesetzt. Dies haben wir bereits im Dezember über Im-Spiel Benachrichtigungen an die Spieler auch erneut kommuniziert, wie wir es vor jeder Saison machen. Tut mir leid, aber wir werden hier keine weiteren Maßnahmen ergreifen können.
