Jul 3, 2024 · Epson V600 works with Microsoft scan for documents but can't scan slides or negatives. Epson scan or epson scan2 doesn't work, neither does Vuescan. Epson service centre suggested it was an old defective scanner not worth repairing so now I have two V600 which don't work. This seems to be a windows issue. Surely someone can sort this out!

Jan 26, 2023 · The uninstaller will run the program’s own uninstaller then allow the user to run a ‘scan for leftovers’, if the uninstall fails you can still scan for leftovers which will then be akin to a forced uninstall & will remove the program. Aug 12, 2022 · The old Epson software doesn't work, though it functioned perfectly with Windows 10. Epson doesn't have a driver that works with Windows 11, and I can't get Windows generic software to recognize the scanner.
Mar 5, 2017 · I have an HP Envy, Windows 10. I got a new Epson v550 Scanner and have been having trouble with the initial driver installation. I uninstalled all the new epson package software that was loaded and deleted anything else that had epson in it or v550. I also went into the twain folder and removed the folder that it had put in there.
