Jun 2, 2024 · Problem solved! Start by stopping the update which will remove the entire app, then go to the audio settings and pick Dolby headphones. Full restart the Xbox from the settings menu not the controller/Start menu shortcut. Redownload/install from Xbox store. The download should fully complete and you'll be able to open the Dolby app now. DB.
