Mar 2, 2018 · I was also able to download the same torrents with transmission on the Raspberry Pi. I tried downgrading libtorrent to 1.1.5 (as well as boost-libs to 1.65.1) but that did not help. I tried setting deluge's logging level to debug but it didn't provide any useful information as far as I could tell.

Jul 31, 2022 · I'm also experiencing this issue, except I'm on a private network and using a VPN (I have permanent kill switch activated on my laptop, no split tunneling or anything). I'm running windows 11 home. I've tried switching from a five digit port to one of the standard 688X torrent ports. I'm using Deluge version 2.1.1 and libtorrent 1.2.15.0.

Dec 22, 2012 · If you are using Deluge on Windows, you can try updating your libtorrent by downloading an installer (.msi) from here. Make sure you get the right one for your Python version (Deluge 1.3.5 for Windows comes with Python 2.6). Run the installer and when it is done, copy the "libtorrent.pyd" file from the install location to your Deluge folder.

With uTorrent I'd regularly get aggregate download speeds of 5 MB/s and up, but with Deluge I was only pulling in about 300KiB/s. Jan 15, 2011 · I've been experiencing slow performance with deluge lately but I'm unable to find the source. I'm running the latest 1.3.1 as daemon on gentoo and the latest 1.3.1 client on my windows 7 machine. The libtorrent version I use is 0.15.5.0. My connection allows up to 1.5MB/s down which I can confirm with speedtest and other downloads.
