I have two lists, the first of which is guaranteed to contain exactly one more item than the second.I would like to know the most Pythonic way to create a new list whose even-index values come from the first list and whose odd-index values come from the second list.

"a procedure body" is all the other forms after the forms which start with define. "embedded definitions must come first in a procedure body" means all the internal define forms must go first, then all the other internal forms.

Also prefix your interface classes with the conventional "I" for additional clarity as @jonathan-wood suggested.

When I called the procedure (p) I had the cursor blinking in the next line without the ability to write anything . (define (p) (p)) (p)
