In 1997 I purchased half of the land share from my Uncle (Dad’s real brother), however the deal and paper show the sale and purchase between me and my grandfather. And the other half was sold to some other party.

This land was belonging to Gram Sabha in 1973s in same year land was auctioned by Gram sabha to generate revenue for gram sabha hence auction done and came in favor of Mr A in same year sale deed done by Gram sabha on the name of Mr A, accordingly SDM ordered for dakhil kharij in favor of Mr A.

Oct 13, 2015 · I had bought a plot of 900spft in Ghaziabad UP in 2012. Plotting and numbering of plot was done by the dealers and i had also bought the one part of the plot. I had not done the process of Dakhil Kharij. as suggested by the patwari that time, it is not mandatory in residential plot. I would like to know that can I do the same now?.
Sep 1, 2015 · Section 143 of the U.P.Zamindari abolition and Land Reforms Act authorizes the Assistant Collector/ SDM of the area to change the nature of a land from agricultural to residential. No need of mutation in revenue records if land is u/s 143. Apply to the concerned authority for conversion to section 143 get the permission and construct.

Apr 8, 2013 · 3.even if your sale is registered one ,the same is void ab initio because mandatory permission required prior to transaction was avoided.Going for Dakhil kharij would prove dangerous.The property has taken change of use,get it marked as abadi in revenue records,but not by your application,rather on lekhpal's report.

However due to lack of knowledge we thought property tax people added the names and it's dakhil - kharij. Later, we came to know the fact and visited anchal office and found its mentioned "gair majora".
