Mar 29, 2022 · Thank you @WhiteGecko- for your feedback in the other post : When you import first slips and enter CRA login info after finishing to import the information open a new tab in the browser and go to revenue agency and login using the same login information. You will see you are still logged in. Log out then go back to turbotax and enter credential for the next person (wife/husband).
Feb 20, 2018 · Adding multiple businesses under 1 CRA login. Hi everyone. I have an existing business that I can access through CRA's website. I use my SIN to login to the Business Account service, then I can see all the accounts and everything else I need. However, I'm now incorporating 2 more businesses, and I'd like to access them the same way.
Apr 28, 2023 · If you actually understood anything about cyber-security, and how authentication ID sharing across different web services works at a technology level (SAML tokens), the bank login method is actually far more secure than having a separate CRA login ID & password, and it is technically impossible for CRA to access your bank account balance using this method.
Oct 30, 2019 · Have no problem logging in to CRA in a new tab, using Chrome, Windows 10 @Gary Cribbs Log into CRA My account, and stay logged in, then try to AutoFill. Also make sure that if you are preparing your return with a spouse/common-law partner, that you are entering the right login info for the spouse/partner you are auto-filling.
If you have "My Account" set up with CRA online, you can change your address from your account: sign in your account. on the right-hand-side menu under "Related services": click on "Change my address and phone number". If you don't have "My account" set up, you can call CRA at 1800-959-8281. I hope this was helpful.
Feb 13, 2021 · CRA's unusable two-factor authentication. CRA has imposed SMS two-factor authentication for their MyAccount online service. It does not allow opting out. It does not allow you to change your phone number once you give them one. It does not allow VOIP land lines. It does not allow international phone numbers. It does not allow e-mail.
Feb 10, 2023 · If you cannot login to CRA online, then the Netfile will not work I suspect. I needed to update my mailing address on my CRA account, but cannot login without details from my 2021 & 2022 tax filing, yet they are incomplete. I was locked out trying to bypass that area. Netfile must sync with CRA login credentials.
