Dec 9, 2013 · The latest Cleo 4.3 seems to have some problems with DYOM, I recommend using Cleo 4.1. Just download and install the stable setup. If you fail running Gta it's because proberbly your gta_sa.exe is not campatible with Cleo.

Oct 1, 2021 · I am using Cleo 4.4 version with cheat menu installed correctly, along with asi loader and gta sa version 1.0. But whenever I try to open using Ctrl + C no cheat menu opens up and nothing happens. During menu of the game at bottom right it even shows cleo 4.4. What could possibly is wrong?

It is an exe so its pretty simple to install its basically automatic all you have to do is set the directory in the exe to your gta san andreas installation folder and wha la you should have cleo 4 :-)...
