Re: Avast stuck at 99%? « Reply #1 on: February 15, 2013, 02:12:35 AM ». Can you verify which is the last scanned file? If you set the report level to "ok" files, the one which is correctly scanned will be a the end of (a long) report. The next one will be the "problematic" one.

I can turn on Windows Defender, but not Avast. If I open Avast it says the system is Secure...everything up to date...all shields active.
