Mar 5, 2022 · I found that an Intel sound driver was corrupt, even after the Windows 10 reinstallation and upgrade to Windows 11. I disabled and then deleted the app in the Device Manager and then restarted. VOILA!! It worked! Look at the Intel apps in the Device Manager. A bad one might have a yellow triangle warning.
