Processors doesn't have Bluetooth integrated on it. The easiest way is to purchase a good Bluetooth/WiFi dongle or install a PCIe Bluetooth/WiFi card in your motherboard.

I already checked system updates. The "Add Bluetooth or other device" remains but the toggle switch to turn on and off Bluetooth is missing.
