To register your Alexa device to a different account please follow the below steps: Sign out of your existing account on the alexa app by tapping on the menu button on top left > Settings > Sign Out option at the bottom of the settings menu.

See corrected instructions below: Close the app. Clear cache/data (phone settings > apps > alexa app > storage > clear cache/data). Open app and log in (logging in will cause your app to crash). Turn off internet to your phone (wi-fi and cellular).

As we are trying to implement new ideas to the Teen Account, in the mean time with your permission of course, the Teen can pair the Alexa app to the Parents account to access music benefits at this current time.
